Stephen practises in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory (operating out of Marbury Chambers) and in Queensland (operating out of Tweed Coast Chambers) in native title law, criminal law, family law, administrative law and social justice matters.
Stephen was first admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2004, was called to the Queensland Bar in 2016 and was called to the New South Wales Bar in 2018. Prior to practising as a Barrister, Stephen was a Senior Legal Officer with Queensland South Native Title Services.
