Brian is a barrister based in Sydney who practices in criminal and family law. Brian was previously a solicitor for the Australian Federal Police, a Federal Prosecutor for the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and now practices at the NSW Bar.
Brian has acted in a range of criminal matters from summary hearings in the Local Court, to sexual assault trials in the District Court, appeals to the Court of Criminal Appeal and appeals on errors of law to the Supreme Court.
In family law, Brian has achieved favourable results for his client’s including recently, a $400,000 property settlement in contested property proceedings and sole child custody in a disputed parenting hearing.
